What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via debit cards, credit cards, netbanking and UPI.

All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway that ensures encrypted and secure online payments.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available with a partial advance payment, which helps us validate genuine orders.

A nominal shipping charge also applies to COD orders.

Any advance payments made for Cash on Delivery orders are non-refundable if
you do not accept the delivery or if the order is unable to be delivered.

Is there any benefit to choosing prepaid payment?

Yes. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping and may qualify for additional prepaid-only offers during checkout.

Are there any shipping charges?

All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping across India.

COD orders have a nominal shipping charge and a prepaid COD verification charge.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not entered processing.

Orders placed during sales, promotional campaigns, or with discount codes are not eligible for cancellation.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email & sms to monitor delivery status in real time. Once shipped, orders typically reach you within 7–8 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We currently do not offer returns or refunds.

We offer free replacements only for defective or incorrect products if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
